Role Summary

We're seeking an experienced Clinical Rehabilitation Nurse to join our team. In this role, you'll work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care, ensuring patients receive the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care to individuals or groups under the supervision of RNs, enhancing patient well-being and recovery.
  • Work effectively with the multidisciplinary team to address patient care needs, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
  • Administer medications according to state law and organizational policy, maintaining patient safety and confidentiality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current Registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
  • Working with Children check (if relevant)
  • Enrolled Nurse qualification in Monitoring and Administering IV Medications
  • Advanced level of clinical skills (desired)
  • Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, enabling you to meet objectives and timelines
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, building strong relationships with colleagues and patients
