Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the provision of nursing care to mental health patients in an acute care setting.
- Support the recovery of acute mental health patients through direct patient care activities.
- Collect and document healthcare information, and communicate it back to the RN.

- Currently enrolled in second or third year of a Bachelor of Nursing or degree deemed appropriate.
- Completion of HLT33115 Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (Assisting in Nursing Work in Acute Care).
- An understanding of the needs of mental health consumers.
- Relevant experience in a mental health setting.
