The Role

We seek a strategic and collaborative leader with deep expertise in enterprise risk, compliance, and governance to lead our risk management framework. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing risk effectively, with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Risk Management, Law, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 10+ years in senior risk leadership roles, preferably in regulated sectors such as health, aged care, or financial services.
  • Proven experience working with Boards and Executive teams on risk governance.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
