About the Role

Globant's Commerce Studio empowers organizations to succeed in the ever-changing digital landscape by building future-ready digital commerce solutions. As a key member of our team, you'll partner with stakeholders across all phases of the customer lifecycle to define and structure our Solution Architecture practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design leading cloud solutions that support industry-leading best practices in technology, features, performance, and scalability.
  • Lead the technical design of client solutions, including project discovery and definition workshops, scope and development estimates, and documenting requirements and designs.
  • Coach and mentor partners, customers, and developers through the implementation lifecycle.
  • Provide technical problem resolution to complex issues.
  • Contribute to ongoing process and methodology improvements within the Services Delivery team.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and support the evolution of the product library.
  • Present proposals to executive-level customers in a clear and compelling way.

About You

We're looking for a seasoned professional with 3+ years of experience in Solution Architecture or Technical/Implementation Consulting. Your expertise should include designing and implementing end-to-end IT solutions, preferably with Salesforce.com. Strong English communications skills and the ability to produce clear analysis and conclusions based on customer workshops and data are also essential.
