
Reception Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Support to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, providing professional reception services and administration support.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle visitor registrations
- Manage mail distribution, courier services and other logistical tasks
- Organize meeting rooms, kitchens and office supplies
- Assist in coordinating daily operations and maintain accurate records
Experience & Qualifications:
- Intermediate level MS Office suite skills
- Secretarial or administrative qualification/experience
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
- Relationship management skills and ability to liaise at Board and senior level
