Job Opportunity

  • Onboard new customer organizations and maintain strong relationships throughout their journey.
  • Become a Strategic Partner, sharing insights from Keyrock's services, performance, data sets, industry insights, and personal expertise in market making, trading, and liquidity provision.
  • Track customer usage and metrics, identifying improvement opportunities to enhance customer use of our products and manage renewals and upsells effectively.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and stakeholders to drive renewals and identify upsell opportunities and inform product development and enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 4+ years as a Relationship Manager, Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or related position for a digital asset infrastructure player.
  • Experience managing renewal conversations and delivering Customer Success services at scale.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to evolve business strategy based on research, data, and industry.
  • Crypto Native - demonstrable professional experience in the Crypto Industry and capacity to learn complex business operations.
