Job Description
  • Settle digital asset and fiat related trades, coordinating with internal and external counterparties for timely and accurate settlements.
  • Reconcile trades from post-trade to settlement, ensuring correct and timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with the treasury team on asset balance accounting across operations.
  • Support trading and finance teams with administrative tasks and client communication.
  • Rebalance assets and whitelist crypto addresses across multiple exchanges and platforms.
  • Add new banking beneficiaries and facilitate fiat transfers and settlements.
  • Monitor client margin thresholds and liaise with clients on asset transfers.
  • Track and report technical and financial issues, providing support to the development team.
  • Optimize ticketing processes and streamline trade reporting and post-trade settlement procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess 1+ year of experience in trading and/or trading operations, including settlements and trading reconciliation, preferably with a focus on crypto assets.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail. They will be passionate about digital assets and blockchain technologies and have a solid understanding of asset transfers across exchanges.
