**Job Summary:**

We're seeking a skilled Rigging and Skinning Specialist to create high-quality digital assets for our games.

The ideal candidate will have experience in video game rigging, with a strong understanding of 3D modeling and animation principles. They should also possess knowledge of DCC rigging techniques within real-time production environments, supported by solid scripting skills.

This role involves collaborating closely with animators to ensure believable character movements and overcoming motion-related limitations. The successful candidate will work effectively with other teams to identify and address art and animation production bottlenecks.

In this position, you'll:

  • Rig and skin characters, objects, and equipment while meeting project requirements.
  • Fine-tune your work based on feedback from interdependent teams and technical directors.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in video game rigging with a strong grasp of modeling and/or animation fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of DCC rigging techniques within real-time production, backed by effective scripting abilities.
  • Thorough understanding of physics and secondary rigging techniques within real-time environments.
  • Awareness of the game engine's limitations and production needs.
