Senior Marketing Asset Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Asset Manager to lead the management of our digital asset library, internal design agency briefings, and Jira marketing project support.

  • Responsibilities will include managing the digital asset library including administration, training, adoption, governance, and agency management.
  • This will involve ensuring that all assets within the library are accurately catalogued, searchable, and ready for use by various teams and creators.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with creative and translation agencies on the upload of assets.
  • Key responsibilities also include managing and monitoring the usage rights of related assets.
  • In addition, this role requires identifying opportunities across global and regional teams to improve metadata and usage.
  • Close partnership with the Tech Services team is essential for the development and release of new features, integrations, automations, and AI initiatives.
  • Ongoing reporting on creative asset metrics and analysis will be a key requirement.
  • This includes owning the Vault Support mailbox and responding to queries within 24 hours.
