Key Responsibilities
  • You will assist the Front Office Manager to achieve and maintain high service standards.
  • You will oversee the Concierge desk to ensure daily operations are efficient and guests are responded to promptly.
  • You will supervise team members and provide leadership to ensure maximum productivity and guest satisfaction.
  • You will efficiently handle issues and minimise guest concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 star hotel experience is required.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and engage the team is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Flexibility to work across a 7 day roster is required.
  • A current Australian open drivers' licence is also necessary.
