We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Design and Architecture team. As a key member of the Post Trade Technology group, you will be responsible for designing and delivering strategic solutions to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:">
  • Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative solutions
  • Conduct and present data analysis to support design decisions
  • Apply best practice design principles (UX/UI, Data Architecture, Technology Architecture)
  • Own the design process to ensure solutions meet business needs
">Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business or Technology Business Analyst
  • A learning mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Motivated to take on new projects, drive outcomes, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholder management experience
  • Ability to understand complexity and present key elements clearly
  • Experience in data analysis, strong Excel skills, and exposure to SQL
  • Familiarity with delivery methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Agile
