Job Description:

This role is an opportunity to join a growing enterprise delivery capability, driving some of the organisation's most significant and high-impact initiatives.

You will shape how business needs are translated into effective solutions, while embedding robust governance, delivery frameworks, and best-practice methodologies that enhance our ability to deliver complex, strategically important projects.

  • Design solutions that align with organisational priorities and enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Prepare test plans, user guides, and communications to support User Acceptance Testing and successful solution adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Translate complex business needs into actionable requirements that enable high-impact projects across the organisation.
  2. Provide input and analysis to support business cases for strategic initiatives, driving measurable outcomes.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging existing systems or implementing new solutions to meet evolving business requirements.
  4. Collect, analyse, and document business and functional requirements to guide solution design and delivery.
Requirements:
  1. A strong background as a Business Analyst with extensive experience and skills.
  2. Sound knowledge and experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  3. Strong communication skills to confidently collaborate with a diverse range of customers, colleagues, and senior management.
