Strategic Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Solutions Architect to take on a leadership role in our organisation. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering solutions that drive business value.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in organisational design, transformation, and change management. They will be able to build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders, and will have excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver strategic solutions that meet business objectives
  • Partner with senior leaders to co-design solutions to strategic and organisational challenges
  • Own the delivery of project workstreams
  • Build strong client relationships and help cultivate new ones

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in organisational design, transformation or change management
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to build and manage trusted relationships
