About the Role

This diverse role will see you assist and supervise branch operations while driving sales across multiple product ranges. As a key member of the Lawrence & Hanson team, you will work closely with the Branch Manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise day-to-day branch operations, including team management, stock control, and merchandising.
  • Monitor product pricing and trading margins to ensure optimal profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.

Requirements

  • Customer and sales-focused with experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient with computer technology and systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • A positive and optimistic attitude, with a strong sense of urgency and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a trades environment is desirable, but not essential if you are passionate about learning the industry and product range.
