This is a great opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a challenging role in managing the end-to-end process for motor insurance claims.
We are seeking an individual who can effectively communicate with clients, assessors and other relevant parties to ensure a smooth claims process.
A key responsibility of this role will be to maintain accurate records of all claims activities and relevant information. In addition, the successful candidate will collaborate with other teams to provide excellent customer service and satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in claims (preferably motor claims), possess strong communication and customer service skills, as well as excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
