Claims Manager

The Insurance Claims Officer will be responsible for managing the entire process of insurance claims from submission to settlement. This includes sourcing claim recovery where applicable and providing advice to stakeholders.
Main types of claims include motor, marine, public liability and property damage.
Key Responsibilities- Action and manage claims efficiently and effectively
- Coordinate with stakeholders, business partners and third parties
- Provide insurance and claim advice to stakeholders and business partners
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Motor Vehicle Claims, Claim Recoveries or Insurance Industry
- Moderate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; SAP experience highly regarded
- Strong customer service focus with ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Sound written communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented and able to work under pressure
