About the Role

This position involves interacting with customers, processing customer orders and demonstrating exceptional PC skills, phone manner and organisational capabilities.

  • Perform various administrative tasks including filing, photocopying and banking
  • Process customer inquiries and follow up on any issues
  • Maintain customer relationships
  • Communicate with various departments to ensure high customer service and record accuracy
  • Update customer details as necessary
  • Data entry

  • Ability to take on new tasks and be multi-skilled in various roles within the organisation
  • Great computer skills (including Word, Excel)

  • Capable of working under pressure in a team environment
  • Initiative and a positive attitude
  • Previous experience preferably in administration
  • Minimum 1 year administration experience required
  • Proven ability to work unsupervised
