The Role
This individual will run their territory as their business unit and contribute to the launch of exciting new products. As a part of one of our top-performing sales teams, you'll play a vital role in improving health outcomes for Australians.

As a Medical Sales Representative, you'll:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with General Practitioners, Pharmacists, and Nurses
- Manage and develop the assigned territory to achieve sales targets, including travel to regional areas
- Create and execute territory business plans focusing on account management
- Analyse performance targets and measure the impact of prescriber initiatives
- Engage with customers to build trust and confidence in our products
- Secure access to Healthcare Professionals through appointments and drop-ins
- Cultivate positive relationships with HCPs and their support staff

We're looking for candidates with:
- A consultative approach to sales
- Demonstrated sales experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or allied health fields
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- A collaborative mindset with a commitment to teamwork
- Willingness to accept feedback and embrace continuous learning opportunities
