Sofitel Club Attendant

Are you a hospitality professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sofitel Club Attendant to join our team at Sofitel Melbourne On Collins.
About the Role:As a Sofitel Club Attendant, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for our Club Sofitel guests. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all hotel facilities and promotions
- Attending to guest's requests quickly and efficiently, constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction
- Preparing and serving food & beverages
- Monitoring the Responsible Service of Alcohol and ensuring compliance with Victorian legislation
- Maintaining food & beverage stock and inventory control based on current and future occupancy
- Completing check in and check out procedures and adhering to hotel standards
- Updating guest profiles, maintaining guest accounts and relevant information during their visit, ensuring charges are posted to the correct account
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum 12 months experience in a luxury hotel environment
- Be highly organised and able to effectively manage priorities
- Strong focus on guest and team relations. Initiate contact and establish rapport easily
- Project a professional image at all times through personal presentation/interpersonal skills
- Handle tasks carefully and correctly – be thorough and exact in details with a sense of urgency
- Display high energy levels and demonstrate versatility in responding to guest requests and situations
- Remain calm and effective in high volume work situations
- Be good team player; contribute to and assist co-workers without being asked
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Previous reception/attendant experience preferred
- Valid RSA and knowledge of Opera is an advantage
