Role: Account Services Officer
Working with our finance team, you will ensure that children and families receive the support they are entitled to.
This role involves administering additional child care subsidy (ACCS) and managing the early learning fund. Your focus will be on accuracy, attention to detail, and reducing administrative burden for our centres.
- Administer ACCS accurately and manage end-to-end processes for child wellbeing claims
- Support all other ACCS types and ensure compliance with CCS/ACCS legislation and internal policies
- Provide clear guidance and build strong relationships with centres as a trusted point of contact
