At Harrison Child & Family Clinic, we're on the lookout for a Casual Client Care Officer (CCO) to join our team.
This role is all about creating a smooth, friendly experience for families, keeping things running behind the scenes, and supporting our clinicians so they can focus on care.
Tasks What the role involvesWelcoming families and ensuring they feel comfortable and supportedManaging reception duties with professionalism and a warm smileHandling bookings, payments, and client records with accuracyAnswering phones, emails, and messages in a timely mannerHelping the clinical team and practice manager with the little things that keep the clinic running smoothly Requirements About youWhile no prior healthcare experience is required, administration or reception experience will be an advantage.
