Job Overview

As a DevOps Manager, you will oversee a high-performing team of engineers and set the vision for automation, reliability, and scalability in software delivery and infrastructure operations.

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the engineering team.
  • Define and drive the adoption of DevOps practices, tools, and culture across engineering teams.
  • Act as the principal advisor to senior leaders on DevOps strategy, capability development, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage team goals, performance, and hiring processes.
  2. Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
  3. Drive continuous integration, delivery, and deployment strategies that enhance speed and reliability.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Manager with:

  • 7+ years of experience in DevOps or Infrastructure roles.
  • 3+ years in a technical leadership or management role with proven team-building success.
  • Expertise in leading DevOps at scale within cloud-native environments.
