Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading high-performing teams, implementing DevOps practices, and driving technology operations alignment with business goals.

The DevOps Manager will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to the team, defining and driving the adoption of DevOps practices, and acting as the principal advisor to senior leadership on DevOps strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure roles.
  • 3+ years in a technical leadership or management role with proven team-building success.
  • Expertise in leading DevOps at scale within cloud-native environments.
  • Proven track record implementing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
  • In-depth experience with containerisation and orchestration of best practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences.
