Job Description

Our organization seeks an accomplished DevOps professional to spearhead the management of our engineering team, ensuring seamless alignment between technology operations and business objectives.

  • Lead the DevOps team in adopting cutting-edge practices, tools, and culture, promoting a collaborative work environment across departments.
  • Design and implement efficient CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation strategies, fostering continuous integration and delivery that enhance speed and reliability.
  • Collaborate closely with software development, security, infrastructure, and product teams to synchronize DevOps capabilities with business needs.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure roles.
  • 3+ years in a technical leadership or management role with proven success in team building.
  • Expertise in leading DevOps at scale within cloud-native environments.
