
Motor Claims Coordinator

This role is responsible for managing assessing and towing workflows from lodgement through to repair, providing claims and administrative support while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Assessment and Triage: The successful candidate will be required to manage assessing and towing workflows from lodgement through to repair, providing claims and administrative support while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Workflow Management: This includes supporting the assessment triage process and allocating assessments based on complexity, customer needs, location, and expertise.
- Towing and Storage Costs: The candidate will negotiate and manage towing and storage costs, identifying and communicating risks or sensitive claims.
- Reserving and Cost-Effective Fulfilment:
- Ensure accurate reserving and use of cost-effective fulfilment methods and suppliers.
- Negotiations and Settlements: Negotiate settlements and identify suspected fraudulent claims, potential recoveries, and salvage opportunities.
- Customer Service:
- Provide customer service and relationship management, managing inbound and outbound customer calls relating to Commercial Motor Claims.
The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in assessment, negotiation, and communication, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service. They will have experience working with complex workflows and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
