We’re Conversion Kinds, a CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) agency looking for a talented Marketing Specialist who loves elevating clients websites.

You’ll work in our Strategy team across a multitude of clients who’ll trust your expertise and rationale in your strategic approach. No two days will be the same, with a variety of client projects and timelines, wich means accurately time-tracking is your utmost priority. You will often be developing strategies and coordinating a team of designers, developers and data scientists across a number of different clients in the same day, meaning you will need to be skilled at getting into client head spaces and ensuring you always stay on task.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Planning, developing and organising high-performing CRO programs by translating in-depth research and test results into conversion strategies that drive results and support clients sales objectives
- Build strong client relationships, and continually find ways to increase performance of your accounts
- Advising executives and clients on CRO strategies to reach target markets, creating consumer awareness and effectively promoting goods and services
- Coordinate the production of multiple projects and ensure they are delivered on-time and within budget, collaborating with various stakeholders
- Analysing data regarding consumer patterns and preferences
- Researching potential demand and market characteristics for new goods and services and collating and analysing data
- Commissioning and undertaking market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing goods and services

**About You**

Your essential skills & expertise
- 2 years of proven experience with CRO or personalization, ideally within an agency environment
- Can confidently showcase at least five strong digital experiences demonstrating your direct involvement
- Proven experience developing digital strategies and a deep understanding of digital marketing
- Expertise in Google Analytics, data analysis and pattern recognition
- Experience working with optimisation platforms
- Experience working in an A/B and/or MVT testing environment
- Experience working in agency and presenting to clients
