Product Support Role

Our organization requires a skilled professional to provide technical assistance and support services for our equipment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving complex issues, ensuring optimal performance of our machinery, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

This role is ideal for an individual with experience in mechanical and electrical fault diagnosis, as well as strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair complex faults on heavy machinery.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and servicing tasks to ensure machine efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and resolve any equipment-related issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify solutions and implement best practices.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of maintenance activities and customer interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Trade qualification in mobile plant technology or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience working with heavy machinery, preferably Liebherr excavators.
  • Exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to quality execution.
