Equipment Maintenance Specialist

The Opportunity:

We are seeking skilled and efficient Field Service Technicians to join our team. As an Equipment Maintenance Specialist, you will provide maintenance and repair of customer equipment, contributing to a professional environment by ensuring high levels of safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will be working on a dynamic roster with a mix of day and night shifts, including 30% night shifts. All overtime is paid at double time.

Your role will involve:

  • Maintenance and repair of customer equipment
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Working unsupervised in a dynamic environment

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant trade certificates
  • Original Equipment Manufacturer experience, preferably with Komatsu equipment
  • A minimum of C class Licence
  • Working at heights qualification
  • Good understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office
