Job Opportunity

The Talent Acquisition Advisor position offers the chance to collaborate with experienced professionals in a leading industry, finding the perfect candidate for a new team member at our Brisbane head office.

This role provides the opportunity to work with recruiters, gain exposure to various aspects of the oil and gas industry, and develop skills in white collar recruitment.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job postings that accurately reflect those needs.
  • Utilise recruiting techniques and best practices to fill open positions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.

As a key member of the recruitment team, you will be responsible for:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, with a track record of successfully filling open positions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required qualifications include:
