Job Opportunity: Driving Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Driving Recruitment Specialist.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills, who can effectively engage with drivers, clients, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen CVs and conduct thorough interviews
  • Review driver tour schedules and provide detailed debriefings
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive growth and maximize profitability
  • Set clear goals and daily plans
  • Source and recruit high-quality candidates
  • Regularly communicate with clients to ensure smooth candidate placements
  • Utilize various job boards to advertise positions
  • Makes sales calls from lead generation and conduct in-person visits
  • Be available for out-of-hours client emergencies on a shared rota
  • Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with standards
  • Verify references and maintain accurate candidate and client records
