Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of people with disabilities.

This role will play a critical part in ensuring we have the right talent in place to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities include:

  • Building strong relationships: Develop and maintain close working relationships with leaders to understand their team dynamics, client needs, and staffing requirements.
  • Recruitment strategy: Create and implement tailored recruitment plans for supported teams.
  • Screening and selection: Conduct initial screening of applicants, arrange interviews, and participate in assessment centers.
  • Talent pipeline: Build and maintain a talent pool for future recruitment needs.
  • Reporting and analytics: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.

We're seeking someone who:

  • Has proven experience in recruitment or is working towards or has just graduated in Human Resources or equivalent degree.
  • Has strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Can build rapport and establish relationships with stakeholders.
  • Has excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Is proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Understands disability support services and the NDIS (desirable).
