Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading high-volume recruitment campaigns for Disability Support Workers across Queensland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies and campaigns to meet business needs.
  • Improve the speed to hire through process innovation and refinement in line with changing workforce requirements.
  • Manage all stages of the recruitment process, including shortlisting, phone screening, booking interviews, and ensuring appropriate assessments and checks are completed.
  • Proactively source candidates using various sources, such as job boards, networking events, and talent pools.
  • Ensure the candidate experience aligns with our employee value proposition.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a Talent Acquisition role, preferably in disability services, healthcare, NFP, or volume recruitment.
  • Ability to provide expert advice and guidance to empower managers to make informed selection decisions.
  • Capacity to multi-task and manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Facilitate job/organisation/culture fit of candidates that delivers on quality of hire outcomes.
