Job Description
  • Conduct on-the-road investigations in the commercial and domestic space to determine the cause and extent of damage, as well as liability.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess losses in the commercial, strata, heavy machinery, and liability space.
  • Investigate claims through multiple methods, including interviewing claimants and witnesses, obtaining official reports, inspecting physical damage, and comparing claim information with evidence.
  • Provide support and advice to policyholders.
Requirements
  • On-the-road loss adjusting or desktop assessing experience is ideal.
  • General insurance claims experience is desirable but not essential.
  • An understanding of the insurance industry and a sound general insurance background.
