Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update point-of-sale tint formulations and colour databases
  • Match and create new colour formulations for protective coatings, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Support the development of factory-packaged colours and investigate colour-related complaints
  • Provide technical colour advice and solutions to internal stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for colour, an analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills. They will work independently while collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and R&D teams.
