We are excited to announce several career opportunities as we seek to fill critical roles in the establishment and operations of our new mega Distribution Centre.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

As an Outbound Warehouse Coordinator, you will be tasked with:

  • Coordinating and scheduling docks for all outbound loads and shipments to staging areas.
  • Processing orders for manual full pallet picking, including customer orders and co-packing.
  • Ensuring the precise preparation of all outbound shipping documentation for both local and international freight.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to guarantee efficient scheduling, delivery, and collection of containers and truckloads.
  • Providing ad hoc administrative assistance to internal warehouse teams.

What You Will Bring:

  • Experience in a dynamic warehouse setting, with proven knowledge of logistics and distribution centre operations. Container Management experience is a plus.
  • Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal), with a keen eye for detail.
  • The ability to cultivate and sustain effective working relationships.
  • A proactive mindset, approaching challenges with a solution-oriented attitude.
  • A commitment to safety in all operations.
  • A passion for continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong familiarity with SAP (EWM experience is advantageous).
