Job Summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Team Leader to join our team in Truganina VIC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of a team of Storepersons and ensuring that we meet customer expectations while maintaining a compliant and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of your team, including planning and prioritizing tasks to meet customer demands.
  • Coach, support, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with CEVA policies and procedures, particularly in the areas of safety and quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in warehouse operations, including team coordination and leadership.
  • Strong safety awareness and commitment to safe work practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications.
  • Bonus: LO and/or LF licenses.
