Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, ideally within the automotive or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong leadership capabilities and team management skills, with a focus on motivating and developing personnel.
- Comprehensive understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other pertinent software.
- Robust problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset towards process improvement.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Awareness of safety regulations and best practices within a warehouse setting.
