Claims Case Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Claims Case Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing claims effectively, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing excellent customer service.

As a Claims Case Manager, you will be accountable for:

  • Managing claims from inception to resolution, including investigation, assessment, and settlement.
  • Ensuring that all claims are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  • Providing excellent customer service to claimants, brokers, and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong background in claims management, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
