Claims Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Claims Consultant to join our team.

  • To be successful in this role, you will need to possess claims handling experience and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
  • You should have a high level of attention to detail and outstanding organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, spoken and written communication skills are also essential.
About the Role

The Claims Consultant will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Accident & Health or Travel insurance claims, processing claims from start to finish, and engaging external rehabilitation assistance to assist individuals return to work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external partners
  • Managing a portfolio of Accident & Health or Travel insurance claims
  • Processing claims from start to finish
  • Engaging external rehabilitation assistance
  • Customer interactions via email and phone
