Senior Insurance Claims Manager

At a leading superannuation fund, we believe in simplifying complex insurance claims processes. As a senior case manager, you will play a key role in supporting our protect team and members.
This challenging role involves managing and administering a portfolio of complex cases such as Total Permanent Disability (TPD) and Income Protection (IP) insurance claims.
- You will work closely with our team to ensure timely and accurate claim decisions and payments.
- You will also have experience in managing and administering Death (D) and Terminal Illness (TI) claims with or without insurance cover.
As a senior case manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and administering a portfolio of complex insurance claims.
- Providing expert support and knowledge to our protect team and members.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements for claim and insurance related matters.
- Delivering a high level of customer service and taking ownership of outcomes.
- Collaborating with colleagues to meet overall business objectives.
