**Leadership Opportunity in Retail and Commercial Property Management**

As a seasoned property professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the provision of expert property management and leasing consultancy services to clients across various sectors. This role involves directing assets within your portfolio to best practice standards and managing key client relationships to maintain the highest level of client satisfaction.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside a high-performing team and drive a culture of excellence in retail and commercial property management. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide effective leadership and mentorship to direct reports
- Offer advice and support to Property Management staff to maintain the highest standards in property management
- Directly manage assets within your portfolio to best practice standards
- Manage key client relationships and maintain the highest level of client satisfaction
- Identify risks across your portfolio and implement action plans to mitigate those risks
- Work alongside the Leadership team to drive a high-performance culture across the office and manage staff performance issues in a timely manner

Requirements:

- Market knowledge and proficiency in retail property management, including shopping centre management
- Previous experience maintaining strong relationships and clear communication with colleagues
- Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive property services

Qualifications:

Relevant property qualifications such as a Degree in Property or current property management registration are essential
