Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and document opportunities for continuous improvement, including enhancement of planning tools, templates, business processes, systems, and capability.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks to enhance project planning.
  • Support the Project Director in reporting clear updates and insights on business improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare reports, process documentation, and presentations to support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Utilize data to assess the effectiveness of current processes and support the proposal of evidence-based solutions for improvement.
  • Support the assessment of opportunities for enhancement of planning tools, such as allocative models, templates, work processes, and capability.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of frameworks, systems, and processes to ensure effective implementation of this major government priority.
  • Monitor the implementation of process changes and evaluate their impact.

  • Assist in managing changes related to process improvements, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption where required, including collaboration with the Project Planning team and other internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Document and collate lessons learned and feedback to the Project Director.
Requirements
  • Strong background in infrastructure planning, strategic policy, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
