Program Director, Children's Content

As a visionary leader in children's and family programming, this role requires strong editorial judgment and a deep understanding of local and international trends. You will be responsible for managing the development and production of scripted drama, comedy and factual programs that are original, diverse and loved by audiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and produce high-quality content for young audiences
  • Nurture fresh ideas and provide strong editorial guidance to producers and creative partners
  • Collaborate with funding bodies and stakeholders to bring bold stories to life
  • Maintain key relationships within the industry and ensure projects meet high standards

You will have proven experience commissioning and producing children's content, as well as a deep understanding of the production and funding landscape. Your strong networks and knowledge will enable you to maintain and build lasting creative partnerships both domestically and internationally.
