Senior Content Producer Role

We are seeking a Senior Content Producer (Video) to shape video strategy and production for our premium homes and lifestyle brands, Home Beautiful and The Australian Woman's Weekly.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation in digital storytelling, combining creative vision with strategic thinking to engage millions of audience members across multiple platforms.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive video content strategies aligned with brand objectives and audience insights
  • Lead end-to-end video production including concept development, scripting, filming, editing, and post-production
  • Create and optimize video content for various platforms including social media, websites, YouTube, and emerging digital channels
  • Mentor junior producers and coordinate with freelance videographers, editors, and creative teams
  • Work closely with editorial teams across our portfolio to ensure brand consistency and content quality
  • Monitor video performance metrics, analyze audience engagement, and implement data-driven improvements
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and external partners to deliver integrated content solutions
  • Maintain high production standards while managing budgets, timelines, and technical requirements

Requirements

  • Lifestyle or homes experience preferred
  • Knowledge of SEO, analytics tools, and content performance measurement
  • Motion graphics and animation capabilities
  • Understanding of influencer marketing and branded content
  • Photography skills and experience with live streaming/broadcast
