Description

The Role: We are seeking a seasoned content leader to oversee the development, commissioning, and production of our Children's and Family programming slate. This includes shaping and delivering a forward-thinking strategy for our audience-first content.

  • Lead the development, commissioning, and production of high-quality programming.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with independent producers.
  • Manage resources to deliver distinctive programming on time and within scope.
Required Skills

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A deep understanding of children's and family programming across genres and formats.
  • A proven track record in commissioning, developing, and producing engaging content.
  • Extensive experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
