**Lead Content Development for Children and Families**: We are seeking an experienced content leader to head the development, commissioning, and production of our children's and family programming slate.

  • Develop and commission original content that engages, entertains, and informs children and families.

  • Cultivate strong creative partnerships with the local and international independent production community.

**Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Seasoned content leader with a deep understanding of children's and family programming across multiple genres and formats.
  • Proven track record in developing, producing, and commissioning original content that resonates with audiences.
  • Strong editorial instinct paired with commercial and strategic nous.
  • Ability to work creatively with ideas, concepts, and scripts.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
