Key role in supporting passengers with reduced mobility
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and compassionate individual to make a real difference in the lives of others.
As Passenger Reduced Mobility Agent, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth and safe transportation of passengers who require assistance.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting and transporting passengers requiring wheelchair assistance and/or MAAS (Meet & Assists) to/from assigned gates.
- Supporting special needs passengers and unaccompanied minors in transporting and claiming personal belongings and baggage.
- Reading appropriate paperwork to identify passengers' name, international flight information, date, and special service request details to ensure special needs passengers are assisted and accommodated for on Arrival and/or Departure.
You will work closely with PRM Shift Coordinators & Passenger Service Supervisors to ensure a seamless process for all passengers requiring special assistance. You will also be responsible for reading airport monitors to determine arrival and departure information and arranging gates for incoming passengers who need special assistance.
