Job Title: Talent Mobility Specialist

We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team as a Talent Mobility Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of global mobility.

About the Role

The Talent Mobility Specialist will be responsible for delivering smooth and strategic mobility arrangements, helping clients navigate complex global mobility functions, and providing expert advice on assignment management.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, leveraging your skills and experience to drive business growth and success. You will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and expertise in areas such as tax, immigration, payroll, relocation, policy advisory, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Advisory & Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor and key contact for international and domestic assignees, delivering assignment briefings, reviewing documentation and compensation packages, and maintaining high levels of client service while managing expectations and timelines.
  • Program Delivery & Collaboration: Liaise effectively with onshore and offshore teams to support mobility advisory projects, optimize program design and implementation, and identify process improvements that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Strategic Support & Industry Awareness: Contribute to new business efforts through proposal development, stay current with global mobility trends and compliance, and apply insights to improve client outcomes and drive innovation.
Requirements
  • Global Mobility Knowledge & Technical Skills: Experienced in global mobility operations with a solid understanding of mobility policies and assignment allowance calculations. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with working knowledge of PowerPoint, and a strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Communication & Relationship Building: A clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal, who builds trusted relationships with clients and internal teams. Comfortable collaborating across onshore and offshore teams and managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Teamwork & Growth Mindset: A collaborative and adaptable team contributor who integrates quickly, supports a positive work environment, and demonstrates curiosity and eagerness to learn about international mobility, global business, HR, and tax.
