About the Role:

  • The Global Mobility team is responsible for assisting clients with their international workforce management, including relocation and talent mobility.">
  • As a Global Mobility Specialist, you will work closely with our clients to understand their global mobility needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.">
  • You will be responsible for providing expert advice on tax, immigration, and other regulatory matters related to global mobility.">

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Provide comprehensive mobility tax support, including end-to-end tax advisory and compliance solutions focused on employee mobility.">
  • Manage tax and regulatory challenges for business travellers and provide strategic guidance on cross-border remote work.">
  • Offer expert guidance on home and host country tax reporting, assess individual tax residency, prepare tax returns and equalization settlements, and ensure compliance across employment tax categories.">

Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organisations or professional services.">
  • Strong client relationship management skills, especially with executive-level assignees.">
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and teams, both written and verbally.">
