Job Description

As a Senior Program Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing programs aimed at enhancing the skills and capabilities of employees within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong program management skills and experience in developing learning curriculum at scale.

  • Manage existing capability frameworks and develop new ones to support organizational goals.
  • Lead and manage the curriculum that supports skill development aligned with capability frameworks.
  • Support organizational change efforts by addressing capability gaps in teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are required for this role:

  • Strong program management skills and expertise in program design and development.
  • Experience in managing external partners/suppliers and utilizing collaboration/learning tools/technology platforms.
  • Leadership and people management experience is an advantage.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Education, or Organizational Development is preferred but not mandatory.
